AVOID!!! The worst experience I have ever had in a Nail Salon, the male technician made me bleed a lot by cutting my thumb cuticle!!!
Extremely dirty, the technicians talk in their language non stop and don’t pay attention to detail.
I walked out I didn’t allow him to touch my nails, he tried to clean the blood on my nail with a dirty cloth!
They don’t use gloves, I saw them using their nails 😖 to remove the nail polish excess!
Is absolutely disgusting for a Salon in Mayfair London, I paid £45 in advance on the app, I expect a full refund, I had to send an email with pictures of my bleeding thumb.
Treatwell please make sure the salons you advertise have the minimum hygiene conditions.
Don’t put yourself in my situation, choose well the salon you go to.

The lady tried to rush my appointment. She didn’t remove my dry cuticles. She didn’t top coat my nails. She buffed my nails and almost broke my finger because of how quickly she wanted to finish off. Horrible experience. Paid £35 for horrendous service
