I had booked a french manicure for 45£ and then charged 5£ extra as I asked a half moon. the operators were rude and not gentle at all. the result was ok-ish, not very precise. total of a 50£ shellac manicure that lasted 1 week!! after few days the nail polish starts to crack and peeling off.
The quality of the products need to improve, as well as the ladies attitude.
