The nail artist was very attentive and gave me a lovely manicure. The only thing to improve would be more accurate colours as what you see on the tester is not always what you end up with on your nails with sns.

Nails were great, can’t complain. I had accidentally got it wrong and thought I had booked a pedicure when in fact they said I had only paid for shellac on my toe nails. It was halfway through my pedicure that they said I hadn’t paid for it. Better wording on the app would be useful as it was really confusing. I ended up having to go to a cash machine to get them another £15 and they kept my phone while I went to get the money as some kind of deposit which I though was really rather insulting - perhaps their lack of trust for people is because people have done runners before which is sad. They did a great job but they could work on their customer service - a mani and pedi is supposed to be a nice thing to go and do, a treat. They did make it feel kind or stressful.
