Nails were great, can’t complain. I had accidentally got it wrong and thought I had booked a pedicure when in fact they said I had only paid for shellac on my toe nails. It was halfway through my pedicure that they said I hadn’t paid for it. Better wording on the app would be useful as it was really confusing. I ended up having to go to a cash machine to get them another £15 and they kept my phone while I went to get the money as some kind of deposit which I though was really rather insulting - perhaps their lack of trust for people is because people have done runners before which is sad. They did a great job but they could work on their customer service - a mani and pedi is supposed to be a nice thing to go and do, a treat. They did make it feel kind or stressful.
