What a lovely treat ! I could not believe I got an appointment so quickly. The team were incredibly welcoming and so helpful when it came to picking colours (which is always tricky!). Everyone was really friendly and they had our nails done in a timely fashion. It was a fab experience !

Staff constantly on the phone while doing my nails and chatting to other workers in their home language. Lack of care and attention to detail; my nails are different lengths on one hand and fingers are sore and red.
