Honestly - horrible experience. I asked for a specific shape of nails and they were try to tell me it is not possible to do so (simple almond shape, I showed them pictures). They delivered a horrible shape, the products were expired, acrylic on the nail was literally gummy and they cut my skin in 4 places to the point I was bleeding. Honestly, by far, the worst nail shop in London I have ever visited. Very dirty too. And stuff was rude. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

What a lovely treat ! I could not believe I got an appointment so quickly. The team were incredibly welcoming and so helpful when it came to picking colours (which is always tricky!). Everyone was really friendly and they had our nails done in a timely fashion. It was a fab experience !
