I had acrylic extensions done. I had already pre-booked the time but had to wait for a while (which I didn’t mind at first) but the service was very rushed and I wasn’t too happy with the quality of my nails once they were finished. The very next day, one of my nails snapped off, the paint was also scuffed on another nail and she’d chipped a bit of my skin as she was cutting my nails. I called them up to ask if they could fix the broken one and they said that they would do that.
