OK, nice nails but my cuticles were a bit messy after the manicure and base coat got onto my skin.
Also, the prices need sorting because there were a few customers (myself included) who came in and were told that we need to pay more than what we did online for a confusing reason.
It also made me a bit uncomfortable that they seem to mislead a customer on what was included in her pedicure take off and then charged her for a full pedicure at the end, despite never asking for one or being told.

Awful. Worst pedicure in london. Place is unclean, so rough when doing pedicure, was supposed to be a 50 mins luxury pedicure , was 30 mins and the gel colour I got changed colour after 12 hours. Paid £50 and absolutely disgraceful so complaint to Treatwell for full refund. Wish I had read reviews - all telling truth too rushed, awful value for money and the place claims it uses 0PI and CND gellish. The gel applied to my toes is £4 on Amazon to buy!
