the entrance of the venue is a bit confusing (need to go through another shop and then downstairs into a basement (signs could be clearer) but once in the venue it has cute looking sofas in the waiting area to welcome you. the beautician started my appointment as soon as i arrived and was quick and efficient with the treatment, i left earlier than planned wich was a bonus. treatment was good quality.
