the pain that was caused due to the liquid getting in my eye was unacceptable. This doesn’t need to happen and has never happened before. Also, children were in the studio, which would be absolutely fine I understand childcare is tricky - but they were coming in and out of the room, screaming and shouting and chatting with my technician while I was lying there eyes closed, and at one point my technician left to help her child in the bathroom and came back and didn’t wash her hands.
