Appointment was booked for 15:45, staff doesn’t speak English, they asked me to sit down, I’ve waited for an hour. When called asked if I’m booked for manicure I said no pedicure,he said I have to then wait for another 50 min(that’s after an hour waiting already). Completely unorganised. Apparently doing a good job with the nails tho. If you prepared spending half a day waiting lol
