absolutely atrocious. Really and truly. I wish I could share photos here to show you what they did to my hair. They offered to fix it but then made it even worse. I had to pay 150 pound at another salon to have it fixed. It took three hours to cut my hair and it was a disgrace. The girl called abbey is super slow and incompetent. I had been for a blow dry the week before which took two hours but as it was cheap I thought I’ll give it ago. I am absolutely furious I can’t quite believe it.

I am more than happy with my haircut and blow dry at this friendly salon. Pleasant hair wash by Abi. Refreshments offered. To say Leanne had never seen me or my hair before she understood my hair, listened, asked the right questions and “hey presto” a great result. Top marks from me! Thank you.
