there was a small issue but Bhavika sorted it very quickly so i am a happy customer. the massage the lady gave me as part of the deluxe treatment was really nice too :)

Absolutely appalled. I had booked this service yesterday for 5:30. Left work earlier so that I could get to my appointment on time. The salon was closed. I received no treatment and a payment was taken immediately from my account when making the booking. I’ll be back the next working day. Let’s hope it’s open.

I had an appointment at 10.30 on Saturday but it wasrescheduled to 1.30. I received an email 25 minutes before my appointment time to advise of the change by which point I had left the house for the appointment. The lady hasn’t responded to me since!

My toes feel wonderful right now! I also really liked that the pedicure was done in a chair rather than the all in one pedicure chair/foot spa - this was a lot more comfy!
