My previous wax here with a different beautician was far superior - friendly conversation, pretty painless, comfortable setting + very obliging when they had double booked my apt.
However, on this visit I pointed out to my beautician (Gloria) that the wax was too hot and was burning my skin, which has left me very sore days later. Otherwise she was quite efficient, not very chatty, gave an ok wax but I wouldn't go back unless I could see her colleague.
