The wax itself was professional, clean and Urvi is clearly very experienced. The only downside was the 20 minute delay - and waiting outside a locked door. Once I was let in everything was great

Maria has done my highlights. She has been extra careful as i’m allergic to some of the products in the colour, and she took her time, making sure all was done correctly. The result was fantastic and she even styled my hair beautifully. I would highly recommend her and will definitely be back for more treatments.
