Staff member was friendly on arriving however quickly took me to the room and said she would be back soon. Didn't explain what she wished for me to do. The room was cold and only a small light towel was provided to cover myself up. Facial was good at times however was very rough over eye area and when it came to the extractions part she informed me I had none (I had plenty when I arrived and plenty when I left), a mask was then put on my face and i was left in the cold room for over 15mins, on her return the mask was removed and I was informed the facial was over, no moisturizer or serum was given so my face was very tight and dry. The whole time was 45mins when it was advertised as 1hr. What made the experience worse was that in the process of removing the towel headband my gold earring was lost! I left my number for them to call when they find it but to no avail.
Will never be returning. Products used made no difference to my skin.

Therapist was 10 minutes late massage only my shoulder spent exactly 30 mins so in total I had only 20 mins therapy.
I told the lady at the till didn't appear bother. The room was cold complain to the therapist she didn't care.

Hot Stone Massage
l had been bought a gift voucher that was due to expire and l was kind!y fitted in for a late appointment. l was made very welcome, ushered in to my treatment room for my lndian head massage and left to get ready. It was a very relaxing experience. My only gripe was not knowing my face would be done too so my freshly applied makeup got ruined.! l think a full description on their website would mean clients would come barefaced to avid that blip. My deluxe manicure was very pleasant and l loved the choice of nail varnish. lve taken off a star because like others l think the salon could be kept cleaner. A properly swept floor in the treatment rooms would be noticed and ratings would rise.
Manicure
The pedicure looks nice but the staff had lots of customers and some were seeing to 2 customers at a time and it felt a bit rushed,and I didn't get the parafin pedi that I booked neither was a clear top coat applied to my toe nails. The staff are really nice and clearly their brief is to see many clients as possible. I think the management should make sure there are enough staff for walk ins.
