I booked an appointment the week before and event that I had to attend. I wanted to get my nails done for event and get some papering. But when I arrived ontime I said to the lady at the reception.. that I have an appointment at 11am. She was like take a seat. Not like what’s your name, what are you having done?
It was taking forever I had to wait 15mins to be seen. I didn’t have a particular amount of time to be waiting around. I had a lot of things to do as it being my day off.
Then finally someone took me to the pedicure section. Then she was like what do you want nail and polish or a proper one when they take longer. She didn’t have a clue what I booked in for. Now the relaxing experience was no longer there. I was very shocked and horrified about there service that I received when I entered and left. I was a regular customer to this beauty place getting various of things done. But I wouldn’t be returning, lack of organisation, communication. I work in Luxury retail and it’s a shame that it’s not there at this place.

I have had massages at this venue a few times and all times have been great. I decided to book a massage for my partners birthday and to my surprise it was not a good experience.
I boooked a Swedish massage for an hour and he came out in 45 min. We asked for Mandy and was booked with her but got someone else (no one apologised for this). When I asked for some money back due to 45 min massage instead of hour i was advised they can not do this. They then tried to tell me to send my partner back in for a shoulder massage for the remaining 15 mins. Which was absolutly ridiculous now that he was dressed and no longer relaxed. He also said the massage was not good as it had been previous, the lady that was doing it seemed new and pressure of massage was not good.
Mandy did say she would try to sort it and came back to me that evening saying that they still can not give me any refund but offered a 1/2 hr voucher for a massage. Although appreciated the gift for my partner was now spoilt he did not feel relaxed after the massage which was a shame.
Very quick and virtually painless. I was very impressed. Full legs and a Brazilian and I was in and out in half an hour. And they did a good job too. Definitely be back.
