Unfortunately the toilet was out of order, had to visit M&S on the 1st floor for the toilet. No music playing. Staff said it 's late appointment, try to close. The place looks much cleaner before.

The place clean and open. I booked myself a delux manicure that should last 45min but i was out the door after 20min. They don’t look at your nails and tell which treatment would be more suitable then the one you booked.
