manicure was great, particularly the scrub and lotion!! however, we booked the deluxe pedicure with paraffin mask, but no foot filing was given to remove hard skin (which was the main reason for the treatment) despite requests during to the beautician! when we requested it to be done, they implied we were lying and that it had actually been done, resulting in a back and forth dispute over it. eventually, another beautician agreed to do it and agreed that it evidently hadn’t been done at all. it was a disappointing experience once again but i suppose the results were of standard.

They would not let me use the toilet and I have a condition that feel the need of toilet so often. If they are so mean I do not think I will go back there again.
