The staff at Bhavi Beauty are always more than capable with their skills.
What does let the venue down is a lack of organisation from management that puts significant pressure on staff. There is not enough staff, customers arrive for appointments and are made to wait an unacceptable amount of time. Excuses are made. This gives the impression the customer is not put first and even regulars are told to go away.
A small shift in the optics from a client perspective would make this one of the best venues in town. My advice is, help your staff to not harm your business. I can certainly say if what I witnessed during my visit had happened to me I would not be coming back.
