Staff very friendly at Bhavi and the pedicure was very good. Only downside was I was asked at the last minute if I could arrive a bit earlier which I tried to accommodate but when I arrived I had to wait anyway. But apart from that it was a good pedicure and I will definitely re-book.

The staff was friendly but she didn’t do a good job. There is a lot of hair still there. It feels like shaving instead of waxing.

manicure was great, particularly the scrub and lotion!! however, we booked the deluxe pedicure with paraffin mask, but no foot filing was given to remove hard skin (which was the main reason for the treatment) despite requests during to the beautician! when we requested it to be done, they implied we were lying and that it had actually been done, resulting in a back and forth dispute over it. eventually, another beautician agreed to do it and agreed that it evidently hadn’t been done at all. it was a disappointing experience once again but i suppose the results were of standard.
