The steam room was very good. It served its purpose very well and I had a relaxing time while in my steam room. However, the shower didn’t work, the water would turn very cold or boiling hot for 5 seconds and then automatically switch off. On top of that, the staff was very rude and unwelcoming. As I finished my session and was at the point of getting changed, they were pressuring me and basically kicking me out of the salon and telling me I had to hurry up with getting changed. They approached the situation in a very aggressive manner and I found it appalling how they spoke to me, being the client. I will NOT be returning which is a shame and a loss for them as I have been told they don’t get many clients especially because of the staff’s negative attitude.
