Horrible. Rude staff who couldn't care less about what treatment you are having. I had to remind them I booke the sauna and steam session, and then they asked if I am ready for eyebrows, they laughed and had towels and finally said I could follow the girl as id they were pulling a prank. The steam room and sauna is totally run down and disgustingly unhygienic. The towel they gave me had marks on it so clearly it was not cleaned. The door has no handle so they had to use a bench to keep it open. One staff member closed it by mistake and they laughed at the situation. Run down room as lights were not even working. The place is a joke. Not safety kept and no one explained how anything worked. I said thank you as I left but the receptionists all ignored me. Absolutely rude. Very poor service indeed!
