For me I found that the timing of the therapist was off. Not enough time was spent on my back but excess time spend on my arms and legs because the therapist admittedly said she had extra time. Having had a Swedish massage at other businesses before I did not feel like this really did the trick.
The therapist nails were also too long which at time scraped along my skin and made irritating noises against the table which I did mention on the way out.

Overall experience was really good but unfortunately this place is not using razors any longer so I still have some hard skin underneath and I had to buy a special razor to remove it myself

There wasn't much discussion about what I wanted and I'm not overally happy with the result. I would not use this salon again for HD brows. However, all the staff were very friendly.

The lady was not sure what I was having and that I had even paid previously with Treatwell.
Not much time was taken into applying the lashes and found that there had been glue residue on the bottom of my lashes which should have been covered.
Overall I feel the lady had rushed the treatment but the result I feel average about.
