Nice enough staff, but waxing quality is patchy. The room itself wasn’t bad but they repeatedly dip the same stick into the wax for the majority (if not all) of the waxing which is not hygienic. I’ve been left with chunks of wax on me (literally, chunks) and spots that just haven’t been waxed at all it seems (behind one knee, one side of bikini). She did mention she was struggling with some tough areas. Irony being I’ve managed to sort those bits myself with a home wax strip so disappointing.

Staff were lovely and welcoming, but there was nothing luxury about the pedicure I had. It seemed as if the staff member has never done one before. Very disappointed with the amount I paid and also had to paid an additional £8 to remove old shellac. My toes look like they haven’t been done!
