Had to wait nearly 20 minutes, the staff apologized so that was fine. My wax was very fast and I was left with irritated and sore skin for a week after, with patches of skin literally removed from my legs. My legs were tanned so the effect was awful not to mention painful. The staff said my skin was too dry - this never happened to me and I’ve been waxing for 10 years so I honestly just think she applied too much pressure or used the wrong products. Do not recommend especially considering price
