Sophie asked all the right questions to ascertain exactly what I'd like regarding my hair cut, and adjusted the cut once my hair had been cut and blow dried. She was thorough and gentle washing my hair, scalp massage included too! The text reminders about appointments and links to book on line and pay in advance are brilliant - it just means you walk in, relax and get your hair done and go! it's a streamlined service.
