I booked the appointment through the app for my daughter (16 yrs) with Lauren. She has had her hair cut by Lauren in the past and knowing how experienced and qualified Lauren is my daughter went by herself. I knew that my daughter was asking for 2 - 3 inches off the length, which was at waist level, and layers to be cut in to frame her face. When she came home she said she didn't want a fuss but it's too short and no layers. Shame not Lauren.
