Lauren is very professional, with a lovely friendly and welcoming manner. I am always really pleased with the manicures. The luxury one is particularly pampering as my hands get quite dry. The result is great - silky smooth skin. Lauren has a vast range of nail varnishes to choose from, so you can always find the right colour you want. After Lauren's done my nails, people often compliment me on them and ask where I had my manicure, so I'm only too happy to tell them.
