I had an amazing facial with Lauren. She is very friendly and professional and knows what products suits your skin. She makes you feel so special and pampers you with a deep cleansing facial and a relaxing massage. I was half asleep during my facial. Highly recommended and everything was really good. I have been to a couple of spas in London but never experienced such a relaxing facial and massage. I would love to go there again.
