Different location for hair cut then what I booked, but that seems to be a problem connected to the app administration and not that of the stylist

Appointment was for colour match for extensions but I did not receive what I had paid for. Laura was going to collect but on the day of fitting she messaged me to postpone appointment as they hadn't arrived at the salon?
