How did I manage before Laura came into my life!I used to have Laura’s deep tissue massage which was the best!The pressure is perfect, hard enough to get all the knots and cramps out but never painful.The last 6 months I have been having her pregnancy massage which is the highlight of my week, these have eased the back ache that accompanies pregnancy. In addition to her wonderful technique Laura is always full of energy and positivity always making me feel comfortable and relaxed!
I was in search of a deep tissue massage in preparation for a half marathon I have coming up this month and was signposted to Laura . From the initial booking to the treatment the process was seamless . I can’t lie the massage was a bit painful ,but that’s because I requested the pressure to iron out all kinks and knots as that’s what was prohibiting me from running to my full potential. Laura checked in throughout to make sure I was comfortable and she was explaining what and why she was doing what she was and it’s benefits . I am already planning to return after my run for a post recovery massage . I think I’ll be regularly attending now ! Thank you so much ( I’ve already recommended friends and family to you !)
