I booked the appointment with Tommy and got another nail technician who hurt my finger while filing my nails, did my nails in the wrong shape and didn't even do the ombre effect that I asked for. If you can't do a certain service please don't offer it.

Infills we’re done okay although my skin was filed and left raw & bleeding, so sore when i wash my hands now! Nail art was ok but not close to what i asked for and not what i’d expect from a nail tech. Make sure you have cash because no card machine.

It would help the customers if they could pay with a card. Not everyone has online banking available to transfer money.
