I didn’t get to have Tony for my full appointment, he only done basic pedicure which was 5/5. I would have preferred my booking to be as planned with Tony for the full appointment. In total I paid £83. £27 extra French tip on feet and hands the hands which was a rip off given the white tip was painted on and not given the white acrylic tips instead. Nail unfinished, underneath the nail and not fully painted normally it’s £5/£10 extra for French. I won’t be coming again for personal reasons.

Always have a great experience at Laura nails. Staff always attentive and kind. Maybe choice of normal polish could be improved.
