The salon itself was as pictured, and the manicure I received was very nice. The staff however were very uncommunicative which made it very uncomfortable as a customer. The appointment was meant to last 20 minutes as stated but was well over an hour and although I felt I received good value for money, it was an hour spent sat in silence.
