I wouldn't know. The day before I tried to reschedule to another time as I had a prior commitment and the receptionist said there was no slot left, I checked treatwell when I hanged up and there was available slots so I booked it and called the receptionist who confirmed that there was space. Ok. The day of the salon visit they called 2 hours before to tell me my appointment is cancelled as the person is on holiday. Surely that could have been said the 3rd or 2nd Time I called the salon the day before, but hey. I got my cut elsewhere

I've been going to the salon for a couple of years and my hair is relaxed. Lathaniel knows what he's talking about and he is quick - just what i'd wanted. It is not easy to find a trustworthy salon or stylist but I consider myself a loyal customer.
I'm really satisfied with the service and products used as my hair has grown so much in a relatively short space of time.
The salon is really popular so I personally prefer a weekday appointment. Overall, if you'd like a knowledgeable stylist, who looks after your hair - i'd definitely recommend Lathaniel's Couture.

The afro hairstyling branch of this hairdressers is not what I was expecting after reading the reviews on Treatwell. My appointment was rushed and the staff didn't really seem to care whether I was there or not. This was probably the worst experience I've had at a hair salon. Maybe they were having a bad day but I wouldn't even consider going back.
