Very lovely therapist who put me at ease, however, I left with burns in my intimate area as the therapist (with 20+ years as advised) made the wax far too hot! Online the treatment I booked stated it was £15. however I was charged £25 as I asked for hot wax to be used. I explained that they should have made the distinction in price between hot wax and strip wax for a Hollywood known online and I refused to pay £25 as this price wasn’t advised in any form. I wouldn’t go back as to avoid burns!!
