Nancy was very friendly and welcoming as always. She explained everything that she was doing during my gel manicure and regularly asked me how I want things and to confirm I’m happy with everything at each stage. She was very thorough and done a fantastic job, just the right size, shape and beautiful colour nice and evenly applied. Booking is always easy with Nancy, she is very flexible and accommodating!
