Mira was lovely - the salon was clean and she was quick at her job - my nails looked lovely, she picked an awesome colour and I got lots of compliments. Knocking one star off as she wasn’t very careful and the cuticle process was a bit painful (which has never been the case elsewhere).

My appointment was for the removal of acrylic nails. What I got was the removal of the acrylic and the top layer(s) of my natural nails. This meant several of my nails were extremely painful for days; I couldn't even wash them in hot water for almost a week without it hurting. I'd expect an experienced therapist to be able to remove a set of acrylics without causing this much damage. I won't ever be returning to this salon.
