My appointment was for the removal of acrylic nails. What I got was the removal of the acrylic and the top layer(s) of my natural nails. This meant several of my nails were extremely painful for days; I couldn't even wash them in hot water for almost a week without it hurting. I'd expect an experienced therapist to be able to remove a set of acrylics without causing this much damage. I won't ever be returning to this salon.
