I booked file & polish for my mother on Mother’s Day and she had a terrible experience to the point I felt very bad even booking here. From the moment she was told to sat down, the customer service was 0 The staff were dismissive, blunt, not friendly at all and this really affected her experience. The treatment I paid for, was not consistent. I am embarrassed that I trusted this 5 star reviewed establishment. I will never go back here.
