I booked online and when I arrived there was only one therapist there who was already with a customer.
During my turn, another customer came in for her appointment.. I felt like the therapist rushed my nails because of the other customer.
I think the reason was because she didnt see the online booking I had made on treatwell.
I just wanted clean nails with no polish, she just trimmed and filed them, I paid £13 for something I could have done at home.
Better to call the salon to book I guess.
