Razi was very helpful when choosing a colour and knowledgeable about the products. The manicure itself did not include any wet cuticle work and I was not nipped by cuticle cutters which I’ve experienced in other salons. The work itself was very neat & Razi was thorough in asking me to check my nails after each stage in case of any fixes needed. Very happy with Alaska by Mira’s approach in general of not using drills to remove gel polish and my nails are always left safe in their removal
