The venue is a bit odd (in a business park, in a room next to other offices) but it was clean, spacious and the lady was lovely. I got an allergy test and had to rebook appointment for the following week as Treatwell hadn’t specified an allergy test was needed. While there I got eyebrows and upper lib threaded - it was quick, almost painless and very professional.

Absolutely incredible!! After an awful experience getting my lashes done the previous day at another salon, this amazing lady managed to fit to me in on a same day appointment after my call of panic, to please help me rectify a full set of lashes that had applied badly the previous day, even if it was just to remove them because i truly felt awful and had events to go to that night. She very professionally took the time out to consult with me at length going through pictures and explaining to me exactly what she would be doing and why she felt that would be best for me, for my eye shape and my requests of how i like my lashes to look. Initially i was nervous about going to yet another new lash technician but she had me feeling very comfortable in no time. Thank God for Rebecca!!!! As soon as i was able to open my eyes and have a look in the mirror my confidence was restored, my smile was back, LASHES POPPIN' and i honestly couldn't have been more grateful for both a great service and for taking time out to fit me in after hearing about my experience and actually wanting to help me. Safe to say i have found my new lash technician #lashsmith. Thank you for such an amazing job. I love them!!!!
