Sadly this time my lashes were not up to the usual standard from Lashpoint - I didn’t receive volume lashes as per my booking and as communicated before starting. I had a lot of gaps and the overall service wasn’t inline with Natalia/ other lash artists at the salon. Despite a 2hr appointment my lashes were very bare and droopy on my outer corners - a shame as I had been travelling regularly to this salon due to the quality - not a senior lash artist based on application!
