The salon is in a basement, so if you looking at this appointment as treating your self think again.
There is no ambiance as once you enter the room all you see is series of bed. I have asked for a glass of water once I double checked the length of appointment for eyelash extension (2hrs) and the response was NO sorry we don’t have any water!!!!
I have asked for classic natural lashes and she gave me Russian 3d lashes which is £30 more expensive. I ended up paying £80 for lashes that I was very unhappy with and I was promised to receive a phone call from the manager the next day which I never did.
An awful experience and waste of money, I went to another salon to remove the lashes the next day.
