I’ve been a client for almost two years, but my recent experience was disappointing.
I paid £55 for my last lash appointment, and within a few days I noticed that lashes on one eye had shed quite noticeably. Instead of offering a quick fix or refill, I was told I would no longer be accepted for future appointments, which felt unexpected and upsetting.
I expected better communication and basic client care, especially after being a loyal customer for so long.

I’ve been going to Bianka for my lashes for the past five years, and she is simply the best lash technician in the UK. I wouldn’t trust my lashes with anyone else. She's knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to see every time.
