This was such a great experience I don’t know where to start...Carla is so amazing, friendly, so customer focused, she was really understanding and flexible despite some delays on my side. She talked me through the whole process, made sure I am comfortable. My lashes look soooo amazing after the lift and tint, I don’t even have to put mascara on. I am so glad I found Carla. I used to go to various other places in Central London but wasn’t impressed with the results. I decided to look somewhere near work and found Lash Secret. So happy I did.

This was my first lash lift and I was a bit apprehensive before I came. I have sensitive skin and also hate things near my eyes. Carla talked me through the whole thing and constantly reassured me and the results are amazing for my little lashes! Want to try the tint and lift next!
