Irina was lovely and so is her work. I was the first appointment of the day and she texted me to inform me that she was running 5 mins late. Luckily, I was also running about 5 mins late. She made sure I was comfortable and prepared to begin and we discussed the details of the what I wanted. She gave her advice and we got started! The process was straightforward and the outcome is really great. The lashes are clearly the result of a perfectionist! It’s been a few days and even through lots of travel, only a few lashes have shed...no substantial irritation, and they still look brand new. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in London.
