I am disappointed. First of all she has hurt my eye several times. Second the eyelashes are falling off. Even thou I have short lashes myself I have never experienced horrible application. Lashes are unnecessary long making my look bad

I had the exact same experience as other people - my booking time was changed via text message so I knew the phone number was correct but I’ve just turned up for my appointment and no-one was there and the phone going straight to voicemail. I have pre-paid so would request an immediate refund. This is not acceptable. Incredibly unprofessional.
