First time I’ve come across Hybrid and Russian lashes so I didn’t really know what to expect. Alexis did Russian on me and I was shocked at how thick and bushy they were. Since I’d never had them before it would have been good to have had more advice beforehand or shown photos etc. Also if she had shown me after doing one eye, I would have not proceeded with the other. Alexis was very good and took them all off for me and offered a refund. Prior consultation would have been good.

Such a relaxing environment. Had my brows laminated and also tried lash extensions for the first time .. will definitely be coming back !

The whole experience was very relaxing, I was the most comfortable I’ve ever been lying on my back for so long. Was offered a blanket and used it to help with my back problem. Very please with my classic lashes and have had compliments from other people. Would definitely go again for treatments
